The human body is a full package of emotions which can be happiness, sadnessdisgustfearsurprise, and anger. There are many ways we often found to express our feelings and mood. Our habits and behavior can be negative or positive on the basis of these emotions.
We judge other people as per our thinking because we can’t see what they actually inside. So our judgment towards them may be right or wrong.
As per my thinking, I just put few negative and positive habits of human beings in the world. Which might be true or wrong and anyone can claim these points because everyone has their own way of thinking. 

Positive Points
  • Thank God in any situation whether it’s bad, good, or painful.
  • Not being afraid to help people.
  • Always hide secrets of others.
  • Admitting your wrong acts and things you did.
  • Being able to hold someone — willingly and don’t leave whatever the circumstances are you face in the future.
  • Always respect people’s choices.
  • Being honest with the people you engage in relationships with. 
  • Letting go of the people who cannot respect your boundaries which can be emotionally, physically, and financially.
  • Choose the ones surrounding you, who treat you honestly, care for you, understand you, that they can be your family.
  • Be Confident in yourself that there is a lot of good you can do in the world and understand your abilities which can turn any impossibility into possibility.
  • Being generous and kind with your time.
  • Keeping the promises you made, even when they inconvenience you.
  • Keep doing the things which make you feel good and happy, and loved” even though it has no immediate benefit.
  • Always treat your body and other bodies too with kindness, and respect that you would want for your own.
  • Giving people, the second chance to learn and try again whenever they fail.
  • Don not kicks the people when they are down.
  • Find out the difference between “friends” whose affection and presence make you feel bad about yourself and “friends” who make you feel good and you take them for granted.
  • Taking care of people as you take care of someone in the first few months of falling in love with them.
  • Act happy even if you are not feeling good. You can divert your mind into feeling better.
  • Don’t cry if something happened badly in your life. Just keep smiling and remember that we can learn a lot from our past. 
  • Bad experiences may cause temporary pain and sadness but the past always makes you stronger and wiser.
  • There are two ways to live happily. The one is, “Don’t accumulate more and more” the second is “Desireless” The less you desire the more you feel better.
